Gateway Trust Counselling Project Manager
We're looking for a passionate and experienced individual to join our team as manager of the Gateway Trust Counselling service. This is an exciting opportunity to lead and develop a much-loved counselling provision which has brought high-quality counselling services to people who ordinarily would not be able to afford to access that privately. Working with a committed team of volunteer counsellors and also a faithful team of volunteer welcomers who support the provision of a safe, supportive, welcoming environment, the successful candidate will help to coordinate the service provision and allocate clients to the most appropriate counsellor.
There is an occupational requirement for the post holder to be a practising Christian, able to work in accordance with our ethos statement and agree with our basis of faith. The post is also subject to an enhanced DBS check.
